Eligibility Requirements

Must be age 18 years or older.
Must have already earned a GED or High School Diploma.
Must not have already earned a college degree: associates considered on an individual basis (see our FAQ for more information).
Must be a US Citizen, Permanent Resident, or DACA Recipient.
Must be a resident of Benton, Madison, or Washington County in Arkansas.
Must have a household income at or lower than 80% of the Area Median Income (AMI table below).

If under the age of 24 and claimed as a dependent by someone, you will not be eligible.
